I feel so bad for Casey!! Having to go through this sickness again!! He spent most of his time on American Idol fighting a very bad case of Sinusitis. Then when the A I Tour started he was battling it again, along with exhaustion, and ended up in an ER in St. Louis, Missouri!! So when I got the messages today that Casey had cancelled a show for tonight in Akron, Ohio, I'll be honest, I was shocked! Because those of us who have been there since the beginning, know that Casey does NOT cancel shows....he goes on stage and puts on a show that blows everyone away, no matter how sick he is!! So, I immediately was worried, because he just don't do that! I noticed Casey's fans are praying for him, and I am too. He needs all the prayers he can get. I feel so bad for the fans who missed out on seeing Casey perform tonight, but Casey has assured the people at WQMX radio and the Tangier that he will reschedule the missed show. There has been a new show added to Casey's schedule, and guess where it is? It's in California!! So glad to see him working the Western half of the U.S. That means the East and middle and South are coming soon!! :) The new show is in Sacramento, at the Double Tree Hotel, on October, 28th. Casey is performing at their 6th annual Howl-O-Ween concert and is co-sponsored by radio station 101.9 The Wolf, The Hornblower Cruises, and The Boot barn. Casey James cancelled his appearance tonight as part of our 3 artist showcase at the Tangier due to illness. The show is still on with Kip Moore and Eric Paslay. Casey has promised to return for a re-scheduled show TBD. Hang on to your ticket and you can see Casey along with whoever else we book on the rescheduled date to be announced.
Then a little later in the day, I saw another post that Casey had also cancelled Thursdays show in Red Bank, NJ at The Downtown! Now I'm really worried, because Casey must be very ill to have cancelled these shows! Here's the announcement from the Radio Station's Facebook page.

Ok yall....don't forget....Casey's brand new video will be premiering on CMT for the first time starting this Friday, and running through all weekend!! Here is a list of all the times it will be airing. I guess I need to go to bed at 9:00pm tomorrow night, so I won't miss this, since most of you know I'm a night owl, and stay up half the night! :) I'll be in front of my TV as soon as the show starts, no matter what I have to do! :) I've waited too long for this, and I'm not gonna let a little lack of sleep keep me away! lol....
