2 New Shows for Casey James, new reviews, and show tomorrow in Portland, Oregon!

Hey there...!!  Casey has a show coming up tomorrow night in Portland, Oregon at the KPUL 98.8 radio station in their Bing Lounge at 7:00pm.  Click on the link above to read more about it!  I don't know yet if any fans we know will be there and able to do a conference call or not, I'm thinking since it is in a radio station there may not be any way to do that....but they should be able to get pictures and video.  We'll see what happens.  I'll be hanging out on twitter tomorrow night as much as I can anyway.....I got two finale's going on tomorrow night, at the same time, "Big Brother" and "America's Got Talent".  So not so sure how much I'll be talking and such, probably just watching for anything that may come through that's news worthy! :)

Casey has 2 new shows that have been added to his ever growing tour schedule!!  (It sounds so good to be saying that, a mere year and 8 months after a lot of us first discovered him...)  :)  :)  :)
The first one is on 9-29 in Isle of Palms, S.C.!!!  That is near Charleston, from what I gather.  He will be performing at the New Music Showcase  at Windjammer, sponsored by WIWF 96.9 the Wolf.  This is one of those 'you have to win to get in' Contests!  So make sure you listen to 96.9 The Wolf for your chance to get in to see Casey!!  Yay.....so glad the East Coast fans are finally getting some much needed Casey!!!!  The East coast has been a little bit left out lately and feeling so....  But, it looks like they are trying to book as many things together as possible.  It's not always possible...but I'm sure his booking agent tries to put as many together as possible.

The 2nd show is the 2011 Guitar Jam in Asheville, N.C. on 11-15 at the Orange Peel. This is a radio sponsored event, by station WKIS 99.9 Kiss Country.  It is also a Charity Event for the Mission Children's Hospital!  For $100 you can get a great VIP ticket, complete with M&G with the artists, a meal, a t-shirt, and a limited edition poster!!  But if that's not in your budget you can also purchase a $35 ticket to see Casey perform!!  Click HERE for directions to the Orange Peel, because the VIP tickets are only available at their box office!

Country Chart, the #1 independent country music charts magazine, had a fantastic review of "Let's Don't Call It A Night"!!  The writer said this about Casey and his new single.....

James' vocals are pure and crisp. While the new country artist was not previously known as a country singer during his brief-tv stint, his bluesy southern charm is a welcome addition to country music. Indeed, his Texas swagger and all-American good looks should also help jumpstart his country music career.

For the rest of the review, click HERE!  I have to say....that is one smoking hot review and I LOVED it!!!!!  Has anyone or (everybody) noticed that he has not had one bad review of that song??  Not even a little disappointment by anybody!!!  To me, that says a lot about Casey as an artist, and about the good choice of starting out with that particular tune! :)

K-Frog 92.9 radio station  have taken a liking to our Casey!!  They have a really nice photo gallery and a piece titled 'Get to know country newcomer, Casey James'!!  I just love radio stations like this!!  They have also been featuring Casey's new single on their 'Hop it or Drop it' segment of their show and are urging fans to vote for Casey's song!!  Click on the link and vote, Please & leave a comment if you can, so they know he has dedicated fans following his career!!  You just click on the stars to vote!

Well, I'm outta here for tonight, I'll leave you with a few pictures from the CMA fest in Nashville, earlier this year.....

Talk to yall soon....

Until tomorrow.....
